进入21世纪以来,我国当代社会思潮的传播呈现出多样化、复杂化的局面,对人们的思想行为形成了不小的冲击与影响。为了廓清社会思潮的思想误导,确立马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,各级宣传部门必须创新工作方法,积极应对流行社会思潮带来的负面影响,把握好舆论方向。要在全社会大力营造崇尚马克思主义舆论氛围,要加强＂互联网＋＂时代的马克思主义网络传播建议,要多部门齐抓共管、维护意识形态安全。
英文摘要：
Since the 21 st century,the spread of modern social trend of thought has exhibited features of diversity and complexity,which imposes noticeable impact on people＇ s minds and behavior. To deal with the situation,especially to clear up the misleading of the ideological trends and establish the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology,all the publicity departments are supposed to innovate their working methods,combat the negative influence of the popular ideological trends actively and well grasp the direction of public opinions. It is equally necessary to cultivate an atmosphere of public opinions for advocating Marxism,strengthen the net-based spread of Marxism in the era of Internet Plus,and maintain the ideological safety under the joint efforts of departments.
