移动通信LTE TDD技术是我国拥有自主知识产权的TD-SCDMA技术的长期演变技术。将以LTE TDD技术为研究对象，检索LTE TDD技术相关专利，对其进行专利申请分析。同时提出了动态网络分析方法并建立专利数据元矩阵，利用动态网络分析工具ORA对专利信息进行挖掘，以期研究LTE TDD技术产业现状与我国企业所面临的问题。

Mobile technology LTE TDD is the long-term evolution of TD-SCDMA technology of which China has independent intellectu-al property rights. This paper studies the LTE TDD technology, collects LTE TDD technology related patents, and analyzes their patent application. Also this paper proposes a Dynamic Network Analysis method to build a patent data meta matrix, and then uses ORA, a dy-namic network analysis tool, to analyze patent information in an effort to study the status of LTE TDD technology industry and the prob-lems facing Chinese enterprises.
