品牌经济时代,知识产权对企业国际化发展越来越重要,知识产权国际化是我国中药企业国际化面临的关键问题之一。论述了商标的价值,构建了知识产权协同模型,并从专利与商标申请的协同情况及商标的“量”和“质”的角度,对日本津村株式会社和北京同仁堂进行实证分析,对比结果表明:北京同仁堂在知识产权国际化方面与津村株式会社相比存在一些问题,针对这些问题,提出了几点建议。
In the brand economy era,intellectual property becomes more and more important to the development of enterprise international- ization. Intellectual property internationalization is one of the key issues that traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in China are facing. This paper discusses the value of trademark, constructs a model of intellectual property collaboration and empirically analyzes Japanese Tsumura & Co and Beijing Tong Ren Tang from the views of patent and trademark applications in collaboration and the "quantity" and " quality" aspects of trademark. The comparable results indicate some problems existing in intellectual property internationalization of Bei- jing Tong Ren Tang in comparison with Tsumura & Co and some suggestions are put forward accordingly at last.
