目的：通过整理现代针灸教材中主治痔疮的腧穴,归纳总结出主治痔疮的＂同功穴＂,为腧穴配伍及针灸处方提供理论依据。方法：基于网络检索和人工检索两种途径,检索30部现代针灸教材中主治痔疮的腧穴,分析痔疮的＂同功穴＂及其规律,并对其进行频次、归经、所在部位的统计分析,同时与《中华人民共和国国家标准：腧穴主治（GB/T30233-2013）》进行对照。结果：经统计30部现代针灸教材中主治痔疮的＂同功穴＂有36个,经脉以足太阳膀胱经和督脉为主,部位以下肢部、上肢部、臀部和腰背部为主;《中华人民共和国国家标准：腧穴主治（GB/T 30233-2013）》中主治痔疮的腧穴有11个穴位,经脉以足太阳膀胱经为主,部位以下肢部和臀部为主,其中30部针灸教材中主治痔疮的＂同功穴＂全部包括《中华人民共和国国家标准：腧穴主治（GB/T 30233-2013）》中主治痔疮的11个穴位。结论：选取主治作用相同或相近的＂同功穴＂为现代临床针灸治疗痔疮提供最佳的选穴方案及科研思路,进一步佐证腧穴配伍的协同增效作用,提高临床针灸治疗痔疮的疗效。

英文摘要：

Objective： By collecting acupoints for treating hemorrhoids in the textbooks to sum up the analogical acupoints and provide the theoretical basis for the compatibility of acupoints and acupuncture prescription. Methods： Based on the network retrieval and manual retrieval,we retrieved 30 modern textbooks of acupuncture and analyzed the analogical acupoints and the regularity and carried on the analysis on the frequency,meridian tropism and the positions. At the same time,the data was compared with those in the National Standard of The People＇s Republic of China·Acupoints in GB ／ T30233-2013. Results： There were 36 analogical acupoints for treating hemorrhoids in the 30 modern textbooks of acupuncture. Meridians are given priority to Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang and Du Meridian and the positions are given priority to the lower extremities,upper limbs,hips and lumbar back. The analogical acupoints contained all eleven analogical acupoints in National Standard of The People＇s Republic of China·Acupoints in GB ／ T30233-2013. Conclusion： Selecting analogical acupoints with the same or similar effects for treating hemorrhoids provides the optimal treatment and research thought and further proves the synergistic effect of acupoints compatibility and improves the curative effect of clinical acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of hemorrhoids.
