目的：基于数据挖掘技术,对针灸治疗鼻出血在现代期刊文献中的选穴情况进行研究,归纳、分析其配伍规律。方法：计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台和维普数据库1962～2016年收录的针灸治疗鼻出血的期刊文献,利用中医传承辅助平台软件分析归纳鼻出血的针灸临床选穴配伍规律。结果：通过研究发现,针灸治疗鼻出血的临床选穴配伍规律在现代期刊文献中以表里经腧穴配伍法、交会经腧穴配伍法、本经腧穴配伍法、上下腧穴配伍法和特定穴中五输穴与原穴配伍法为主。结论：鼻出血的针灸治疗取穴应坚持中医整体观念、辨证论治的思想,主要选取手阳明大肠经和手太阴肺经的腧穴进行配伍,从而将腧穴配伍的协同增效作用发挥出来,起到增强鼻出血的针灸治疗效果。

英文摘要：

Objective： To analyze the rules of acupoint compatibility for modern literature of acupuncture treatment of epistaxis based on data mining. Methods： Through retrieved CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, and Vip database on acupuncture treatment of Epistaxis from 1962 to 2016, and analyzed and summarized the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of epistaxis using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System software. Results ： According to analysis, acupuncture in the treatment of epistaxis acupoints compatibility rules mainly include： the exterior and interior meridians points combination, the rendezvous points combination, the same meridians points combination, the up and down points combination, the five shu points and source points combination. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment of epistaxis, should follow the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, adhere to the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, select the Large Intestine Meridian of hand-Yangming and Lung Meridian of hand-Taiyin for compatibility, so that the synergistic effect of acupoint compatibility play out, and enhance the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of epistaxis.
