目的：总结分析针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫现代临床文献的经穴选用规律。方法：对1982至2014年Pub Med、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台中符合针刺或针刺配合其他疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的相关文献进行检索及梳理,得到相关文献35篇,分析其选穴规律。结果：发现足三里、中脘、内关、胃俞、三阴交、脾俞和天枢是最常用腧穴,腧穴所属经脉主要集中于足阳明胃经、任脉、足太阳膀胱经、足太阴脾经和手厥阴心包经;选取腧穴主要分布在下肢部、胸腹部和背腰部。结论：针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的选穴规律有着循经取穴、局部取穴和辨证取穴的特点,可为针刺治疗本病提供可靠的依据和参考。

英文摘要：

Objective： To analyze the rule of points of channels with acupuncture for Diabetic gastroparesis by analyzing the modern clinical research literature. Methods： Through retrieved Pub Med,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Plat form literature on acupuncture treatment of Diabetic gastroparesis from 1982 to 2014,established the literature database of acupuncture or acupuncture with other treatments of Diabetic gastroparesis information from the 35 papers,to analyze the rule of specific acupoints with acupuncture for Diabetic gastroparesis. Results： According to analysis,Zusanli（ ST36）,Zhongwan（ CV12）,Neiguan（ PC6）,Weishu（ BL 21）,Sanyinjiao（ SP6）,Pishu（ BL20）,and Tian shu（ ST25） are the most applied points,which belonging to stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,Ren Meridian,Bladder Meridian of Foot-taiyang,and Spleen Meridian of Foot-taiyin,hand-jueyin pericardium meridian; Sites of the selected acupoints most belong to lower limbs、chest and abdomen、backside and waist. Conclusion： According to the analysis of the rule of the acupoint selection to treat Diabetic gastroparesis with acupuncture,the rules of points of channels are along-channel selection,local selection and dialectical selection. All results above show that the conclusion may act as guidance to acupuncture clinical practice.
