应用结构方程模型对我国煤炭企业员工心理认同度中的员工感受、员工期望、工作环境3个潜变量以及职业成长度、薪酬水平和工作适合度等12个观测变量之间的关系进行了实证研究,结果表明该模型有较好的拟合效果,可用于实践分析。
The paper applies the structure equation model to analyze the relationship the three latent variables including mine staff psychological feelings, employee expectations, work environment and twelve observed variables including career growth, salary levels and job fitness, etc. The result shows that structure equation model has better fitting and can be used for the practice analysis.
