According to the safety accidents frequently occurred, many worker＇s operations against the mine regulations and other problems occurred during the mine production process in China, the paper pointed out that the unclear division of the underground work, improper conducted operations and investment shortage in the mine safety were the causes of the deep level aspect. According to the related regulations of the implemented coal mine safety operation issued by State Administration of Work Safety and the related documents of the mine underground personnel training issued by each local government, there are 71 work types defined in the underground coal mine and further proposals were provided. Thus the worker would more clear his post and responsibility, the mine safety training would have certain pertinence and the mine production safety could be improved.
