The method location points are nee pie, easy to program, tal solutions is applied are compared It is shown th ter flow probl of fundamental solutions is a kind of meshless method. Only boundary col ded during the whole solution process. It has merits of mathematical sim solution accuracy, and so on. In this paper, the method of fundamen imulate the 2D steady groundwater flow problems. NUmerical results with the MQ and the mixed finite element method as well as the analytical solution. at the method of fundamental solutions is superior in dealing with steady groundwa ems.
