对单腔体双振子压电泵进行结构设计,并分析了泵的工作原理。对泵在电源信号同步激励和异步激励下进行实验结果测试,得到同步激励下的输出效果好于异步激励,并分析了泵在异步激励下能够工作的原因。将泵在不同进出口管长的情况下进行实验测试发现,进出口管长对泵的最佳工作频率及流量输出有很大影响。把单腔双振子压电泵的输出性能同单腔单振子压电泵的进行实验比较,证明采用双振子结构使泵的输出性能比单振子结构有很大提高。
In this paper, the structure of single-chambered piezoelectric pump with double actuators is designed and working principle is analyzed. By testing the output performance of the piezoelectric pump when its piezoelectric actuators powered by electricity signal in different ways, the output performance of piezoelectric pump under synchronous actuating is better than asynchronous actuating and the reasons that pump is able to work in way of asynchronous actuating is analyzed. Length of inlet and outlet pipe has great effects on pump optimal working frequency and output flow rate. In addition, output capability of single-chambered piezoelectric pump with double actuators is compared with those of single-chambered piezoelectric pump with single actuator and the result of the former is better than the latter.
