英文摘要：
An optimal fertility rate control problem for a class of population models with time delay and age distri- bution was investigated. The existence and uniqueness of optimal fertility rate control were proved by means of Mazur＇ s theorem. By a detailed analysis for the adjoint system, the necessary condition for a control to be optimal and its opti- mality systems determining optimal controls were obtained.
