Income distribution is the supporting point for the harmonious society construction laying stress on the people＇s livelihood.By means of empirical analysis,this paper does the research on Beijing labor market development and income allocation status,and further analyses the causes broadening Beijing income gap from the aspect of labor market,finally followed by the suggestions about perfecting Beijing labor market and narrowing income gap.
