灵活就业是当前和今后实现扩大就业的途径之一。从新制度经济学的观点入手,引入交易费用理论,建立灵活就业条件方程,分析了灵活就业和灵活用工的微观决策机制。指出,就业机会、社会资本、人力资本及其利用效率形成正规就业阈值;物质资本、人力资本初始值及其净收益是灵活就业方式选择的决定因素。
Flexible employment is the main way to realize and enlarge the employment number at present and in the future.To find the developmental rule of flexible employment market,this paper starts with the viewpoints of New Institutional Economics to set up the conditioned equation of flexible employment and research the micro-decision mechanism of flexible employment with the transaction fee theory.The thesis points out employment opportunity,social capital,human capital and their using efficiency to form the threshold value of formal employment.Material capital,HR capital and their net income constitute the decision factors of choosing the flexible employment style
