In the new period industry and employment transformations depend on the rural vocational education development.China＇s rural vocational education is facing to the difficulties such as the social stigma,the enrollment difficulty,funds shortage and teachers scarce.Countries should carry about measures such as the rural compulsory education,the strict vocational permission system,increasing input as well as the school-enterprise cooperation,the organic docking of professionals and industries to help the rural vocational education out of trouble.
