研究了混合矿基础特性对钒钛烧结矿低温还原粉化率(RDI)的影响。结果表明:钒钛烧结矿RDI+3.15随着混合矿同化温度的升高而降低,随着液相流动性指数的增大先升高后降低,随着黏结相强度的升高而升高。利用SPSS软件对钒钛烧结矿RDI+3.15与混合矿基础特性进行多元线性回归分析,得出复相关系数R=0.861,决定系数R2=0.742,关联性较好。
Effect of the basic characteristics of mixed ores on RDI of vanadium-titanium sinter was investigated. The results show that the RDI+3.15 of vanadium-titanium sinter decreased with the increasing of the assimilation tempera- ture of mixed ore; it rose at first and then decreased with the increasing of the liquid phase fluidity index of mixed ores; it rose with the increasing of the binding phase strength of mixed ores. It also analyzes the RDI+3.15 of vanadi- um-titanium sinter and basic characteristics of mixed ores by multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software, and concludes that the multiple correlation coefficient R was 0. 861,and the determination coefficient R^2 was 0. 742. The relevance was high.
