通过微型烧结试验研究了单矿粉基础性能对中钛混合矿基础性能的影响。结果表明:单矿粉基础性能对混合矿基础性能影响较大。混合矿粉同化温度随着同化性温度高的单矿粉配比增加而升高;液相流动性指数随着液相流动性低的单矿粉配比增加先升高后降低;黏结相强度随着黏结相强度高的单矿粉配比增加而升高。混合矿粉同化温度与黏结相强度符合高温特性公式计算规律,可以通过计算预测,但液相流动性与计算规律不同,不能通过计算预测。
The influence of basic characteristics of single ore fines on those of mixed ores was investigated by microsintering test. The result shows that the basic characteristics of single ore fines have great effect on those of mixed ores. The assimilation temperature of mixed ores rises with the increase of proportion of single ore fines of high assimilation temperature;With the increase of single ore fines proportion of low liquid phase fluidity,the liquid phase fluidity of mixed ores first rises and then decreases. With the increase of single ore fines of high binding phase strength,the binding phase strength of mixed ores rises. The assimilation temperature and binding phase strength of mixed ores conform to the calculation rules of high temperature characteristics,which can be predicted through calculation,but the liquid phase fluidity is different from the calculation rules and it can't be predicted through calculation.
