对PMC尾矿性能进行了较系统全面的研究,发现PMC尾矿为磁铁矿,CaO、MgO、TiO2、P2O5,Cu和碱金属含量比较高,经磨选后杂质降低,含铁品位提高;其磨选后的200目、325目精矿粉的成球性指数均大于0.8,属优等成球性;其三种矿粉的烧结基础性能具有同化温度较高,液相流动性指数过低的特点,且3种矿粉的连晶强度均高于1800N,连晶固结能力强,较适宜生产高强度的球团矿。
The properties of PMC railings were investigated comprehensively,it is found out that the PMC tailings are magnetite, and they contain high content of CaO, MgO,TiO2, P2O5 , Cu and alkali metals. After grinding and separation, the impurity reduces and the iron grade increases. The ballability index of the 200 mesh and 325 mesh concentrate fines is all greater than 0. 8,belonging to the excellent ballability;The three kinds of fines have such basic sintering properties as high assimilation tem- perature and low liquid flow index ,the crystal strength is all higher than 1800N ,which is strong enough to produce high strength pellets.
