原矿中FeO含量对烧结矿的影响

在实验室对原矿FeO与烧结矿中FeO含量之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,烧结过程中气氛还原性增到某一数值后,磁铁精矿氧化速度变慢,赤铁精矿还原速度加快,因此,在烧结条件下磁铁矿被氧化,赤铁矿被还原,并且氧化和还原程度由基础Fe2O3、Fe3O4含量和气氛决定。本次对6种铁矿的研究中,配碳超过3.2%后,赤铁烧结矿FeO含量低于磁铁烧结矿。在上述试验的基础上,又研究了配矿与烧结矿中FeO含量的关系,结果发现,本试验条件下,随混合料FeO含量升高,宏观烧结气氛评定指数P值总体有向小的趋势,说明在相同配碳量条件下,原矿FeO越高,相对降低值越大。控制混合料中FeO含量也是控制烧结矿FeO含量的一项有效手段。

英文摘要:

The relationship between the FeO content of the crude ore and that of sinter was investigated in the laboratory. The result shows that,when the atmosphere reducibility in the sintering process increases to a certain value,the oxidation speed of the magnetite becomes slow,and the reduction rate of the hematite becomes fast. Therefore,under the sintering conditions,the magnetite is oxidized and the hematite is reduced,and the degree of oxidation and reduction are decided by the basic Fe2O3,Fe3O4 content and atmosphere. Six kinds of iron ores were studied in this experiment,with carbon ratio exceeding3. 2% and the FeO content of hematite sinter below that of magnetite sinter. Based on the above tests,the relationship between ore proportioning and FeO content of sinter was again investigated,and the results show that,under this test condition,with the rise of FeO of the mixture,the macro-sintering atmosphere evaluation value P displays a trend of getting smaller generally,which indicates that,under the same carbon ratio condition,the higher the FeO content of crude ore is,the greater the relative decreasing value is. Controlling the FeO content of the mixture is also an effective means of controlling FeO content of sinter.
