采用水热法,在不同水热生长时间条件下成功制备了钼掺杂三氧化钨纳米棒阵列。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散谱仪(EDS能谱)以及X射线衍射(XRD)系统研究了生长时间对于制备得到的纳米棒阵列的微观形貌和组成的影响。结果表明:随着时间的延长,钼掺杂三氧化钨纳米棒阵列的平均尺寸、生长密度和取向性均有一定程度的提高。另外,探讨了不同时间对其电致变色性能的影响规律。当生长时间为6 h时,所得钼掺杂的三氧化钨纳米棒阵列具有较大的光学调制(65.3%)以及较高的着色效率(87.3 cm2/C)。
Mo doped WO3 nanorod arrays were successfully synthesized on pre-treated FTO substrates by using a hydrothermal method. The effect of hydrothermal growth time on the morphology and composition of the as-prepared WO3 nanorod arrays were systematically studied by scanning electron microscope( SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS) and X-ray diffraction( XRD). The results show that as the time increasing,the average diameter,growth density and orientation of the obtained samples improved. In addition,the influence of the hydrothermal time on the electrochromic properties of the samples was also discussed. It is found that under a hydrothermal time of 6 h,the as-prepared Mo doped WO3 nanorod arrays exhibited a large optical modulation( 65. 3%) and a high color efficiency value( 87. 3 cm2/ C).
