以焦宝石碎矿作为主原料,分别配加0、25%、50%质量分数的高铝矾土,设计合成Al2O3质量分数分别为40%、50%、60%的均化料,分别在1100~1550℃下煅烧2h得到均化料熟料。采用XRD分析其物相组成,SEM观察结构和形貌,并检测了常温力学性能,研究焦宝石合成均化料的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:1)以焦宝石为原料,配加高铝矾土,成功合成了W(Al2O3)=40%、50%和60%的均化料;2)XRD与SEM分析发现训(Al2O3)=40%的均化料表面玻璃相多,内部存在发育良好的棒状莫来石,W(Al2O3)=50%和60%的均化料在表面即可观察到大量棒状莫来石,莫来石相晶型发育良好;3)w(Al2O3)=40%、50%和60%的均化料的烧结温度分别为1450、1500和1550℃;4)提高煅烧温度与A1:0,含量均有利于均化料力学性能的改善。
Using flint clay as main starting material incorporated with bauxite (0,25 %, and 50%, in mass, the same hereinafter),homogenized grogs (Al2O3 contents of 40% ,50% ,60%, respectively) were successfully prepared after calcined at 1100-1550℃ for 2 h. The phase compositions and microstructure were detected by XRD and SEM,and the cold mechanical properties were tested. The optimal synthesis parameters were achieved. The results show that: (1)the homogenized grogs with Al2O3 contents of 40% ,50% and 60% are successfully synthesized; (2)XRD and SEM show the 40% Al2O3 homogenized grog has a lot of glass phase on the surface and some well developed rod shape mullite exists inside; however, a large number of rod shape mullite crystals are observed on the surfaces of both 50% and 60% Al2O3 homogenized grogs,and the mullite crystallizes quite well; (3)the sintering temperature of the 40% ,50% ,60% Al2O3 homogenized grogs is 1450,1500,and 1550℃,respectively; (4)Increasing the calcining temperature or Al2O3 content can enhance the mechanical properties of homogenized grogs.
