英文摘要：

Basing on the current situation of public sports service in Tibet, Sports Statistics Yearbook 2010 and Tibet Statistical Yearbook 2013,literature,statistic,and logical methods were used to investigate the status of public sports service in Tibet. The results showed that the public sport service supplies were severely depleted and there was a vast gap between town and country in public sport service in Tibet. The public sport service supplies were deviated from the masses demand and lacked professionals in Tibet also. Targeted solutions,such as appreciation in asset value,improved financial mechanism,indi- genized service system,unobstructed channel of voicing demand and the originate- to- distribute model of professionals＇ development were suggested to solve the problems of public sports service in Tibet.
