对力敏导电橡胶的压阻特性进行了分析和实验验证,得到了传感器单元三维力信息获取的数学模型,并进行了传感器阵列结构和信号处理电路的设计;通过实验对三维力触觉传感器单元进行了验证,并分析了实验结果.实验结果表明,基于力敏导电橡胶的柔性三维力触觉传感器符合设计要求,为进一步研究三维力柔性传感器提供了一种新思路.
