探讨了壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇水凝胶的制备方法,研究了聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比、溶剂醋酸溶液体积、交联剂戊二醛浓度等对水凝胶硬度的影响.正交实验结果表明当聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比为6、溶剂醋酸体积为80mL、交联剂戊二醛浓度为0.426mol/L时,凝胶硬度为132.643kPa.凝胶硬度随着聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比和交联剂戊二醛浓度的增大而增大,随着溶剂醋酸溶液体积的增加而减小,随着凝胶温度的升高先增大后减小,壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇凝胶硬度随着放置时间的延长而逐渐增大,PVA-124与壳聚糖制备的凝胶硬度最大.
Chitosan-polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel is prepared and the effects of the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan, the volume of acetic acid, and the concentration of crosslinker on the hardness of resultant gel are investigated and optimized with orthogonal experimental method. It is revealed that the hardness of hydrogel is 132. 643kPa when gelled at 50℃ at a polyvinyl alcohol to chitosan ration of 6, and a concentration of crosslinker of 0. 426mol/L. The hardness of hydrogel from chitosan polyvinyl alcohol increase with the increase of mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol to chitosan, the increase of crosslinker concentration and the decrease of acetic acid volume, as well as the extension of the standing time However, the hardness of hydrogel increase with preparation temperature first and then decreased afterwards. The hardness of chitosan/PVA-124 hydrngel is bigger than PVA-1788 and PVA-1799.
