智能水凝胶对于环境微小的物理化学刺激,如温度、pH值、离子强度、电场、磁场、光、压力等能够通过感知和自身作功来响应外界环境变化。甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)结构中,既含有叔胺基又含有可聚合的双键,在酸性介质中可以被质子化,因而其均聚物或共聚物具有一定的pH值敏感性,同时又具有一定的温敏性,有望在药物控释、组织培养、能量转换装置、人工肌肉、化学阀和仿生驱动器等领域得到新的应用。本文从pH值敏感性、温度敏感性、电场敏感性方面对近年来已见报道的DMAEMA系列敏感水凝胶的研究进行了较为详细的综述。同时,对DMAEMA系列智能水凝胶的响应性因素以及其在医药控释方面的应用作了相应的介绍。
Hydrogels can respond to the environmental changes by recognizing and then self-working under slight stimulation of physical and chemical environment,such as temperature,pH degree,ionic strength,electric field,magnetic field,light,pressure,etc.Tertiary amine group and double bonds,which exist in DMAEMA,can be protonated in acid medium.Its copolymers and homopolymers can be rendered pH sensitive and temperature sensitive by this property,which can be used in controlled drug release,tissue culture,energy conversion device,artificial muscles,chemical valve and bionic actuator.In this paper,based on pH,temperature and electrical sensitivity,the recent research on DMAEMA sensitive hydrogels is reviewed.At last,the applications in the fields of controlled drug release of such DMAEMA intelligent hydrogels are also presented.
