利用AA-AM-AMPS三元共聚,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,分步交联,羧甲基纤维素和 SiO2为成核剂,反相悬浮法制备了核壳型SAP。通过条件的优化,SAP的吸水倍率可达1150倍。核壳型SAP具有很好的流动和防潮性能。相对湿度84%的条件下露天放置15 h仍能保持较好的流动性。单体AA、AM、AMPS的最佳配比为13:3:4。为达到SAP的成核效果,又不影响SAP的吸水倍率,SiO2的最佳加入量为0.8%。
MBA was used as crosslinker, SiO2 and carboxymethyl cellulose as the nucleus-maker, nucleus cell style SAP was synthesized by AA-AM-AMPS three-member copolymerizations. The multiple of water-ab sorbent by SAP could reach to 1150 times by the optimization of the technological conditions.
