常规的备自投装置只利用本地信息来制定相应的动作策略,动作逻辑固定,只能适应特定的运行方式。文中提出一种基于能量管理系统(EMS)的广域备自投控制系统,在控制中心建立广域备自投模型,实现实时的恢复控制。同时,系统拓展了备自投的功能,解决了单电源串行供电故障时的恢复供电问题。该系统在信息获取、控制策略形成和控制措施执行的整个过程中,综合利用全网信息,实现备自投与安全稳定装置的协调动作。另外,系统自动对控制策略和电网的安全性进行校核或调整,提高了备自投动作策略的安全性。工程应用表明了所开发系统的实用性。
The traditional automatic switchover device installed in sub-station only uses local real-time information to make corresponding strategies,but the logic of device is predetermined,so it could only adapt to specific operating modes.A new wide-area automatic switchover system based on energy manage system(EMS) is proposed in the paper.The wide-area automatic switchover modeling is established in control center and the real-time restoration control is implemented.The system expands the automatic switchover functions and solves the power supply recovery under serial single power supply failure.In the process of getting information,formation of control strategies and performing control actions,by comprehensive use of information of the whole network,the automatic switchover can coordinate with other security and stability devices.In addition,the control strategies and network security will be checked and modified in order to improve security of automatic switchover strategies.The engineering applications show that the proposed system is practical.
