针对配电网的混成多目标优化电压控制问题,阐述建立混成控制指标体系的重要性和必要性,并从工程实用的角度出发,选取便于量测和计算的指标,构建配电网混成电压控制系统的指标体系。该指标体系包括安全稳定性、电能质量、经济性三方面指标,可作为不同类型的事件触发判断依据,进而形成控制指令,实现电力系统多目标趋优运行。针对某地区实际配电网数据的算例测试表明将该指标体系应用于配电网混成电压控制系统,能够准确快捷的判断出各类型事件。进一步的,采用基于指标满意度最大化的协调优化算法,可实现整体趋优的控制效果。
The hybrid voltage control theory has been established to carry out the multi-objective optimal voltage control for power systems.To setup the hybrid voltage control system of the distribution grids,an index system is studied and presented in this work,which is used to evaluate the system performances and enables the event-driven control strategies.The proposed index system is so practical that it contains different indexes for the security,voltage quality and economy of the distribution grids,which are easy to be measured and calculated on-line.Since all these indexes are unified to satisfaction levels based on the fuzzy functions,the maximum satisfaction optimal method could be adopted to solve the multi-objective optimal problem raised by the multi-events situations.The case studies of a real distribution network shows that based on the proposed index system,the hybrid voltage control system can enhance the security,voltage quality and economy of the distribution grids effectively.
