提出一种适用于以支路电流幅值量测为主的配网状态估计方法。该方法以支路首端功率和支路电流幅值的平方作为待求变量,从而简化了量测方程,可以方便考虑电流幅值量测且不需要做任何量测转换。所提出的方法可以综合利用电压幅值量测、功率量测和电流量测,且能够处理辐射电网、弱环网以及电缆线充电电容等情况。同时,分析该方法的可观测特性,表明新方法不需要增加量测配置的冗余度。最后,给出辐射状和弱环网的算例,以验证该方法的实用性。
This paper presented a state estimation method for distribution network which could accommodate the branch-current measurement without measurement conversion. In this method, the front end power and the square of branches' current amplitude were chosen as the unknown variables. Therefore, measurement equations are simplified. It's convenient to do with current measurement and no measurement conversion is needed. The voltage amplitude measurement, power measurement and current measurement are all can be formulated in the proposed method. An observation analysis method was also proposed for this estimation method which proves the new method having low measuring configuration requirements. Lastly, radial and weakly-meshed network examples show that the method is effective and practical.
