目的观察联合应用血必净及参麦注射液对脓毒症患者抢救治疗效果。方法将符合脓毒症诊断标准的患者60例,随机分为对照组及观察组各30例,2组患者均采用西医基础治疗,观察组在西医基础治疗上加用血必净注射液和参麦注射液,2组均治疗14 d后评价患者临床症状变化,凝血相关指标变化,机械通气时间及多器官功能衰竭（MOF）发生率。结果联合应用血必净及参麦注射液可明显降低患者体温及心率（P〈0.05）,降低APTT时间及升高PLT水平（P〈0.05）,降低机械通气时间（P〈0.05）,降低MOF发生率（P〈0.05）。结论联合应用血必净及参麦注射液提高脓毒症的抢救成功率,本研究可为我中医院制定脓毒症休克诊疗方案及临床路径提供依据。

Objective To observe the effect of combined application of Xuebijing injection and Shenmai injection in the treatment of sepsis. Methods According to the diagnostic criteria, 60 patients with sepsis were randomly assigned to the control group（ n = 30）and the observation group（ n = 30）. Two groups of patients were treated with Western medicine. Based on the Western medicine treatment, the observation group also used Xuebijing injection and Shenmai injection. The clinical symptoms, blood coagulation indexes, the time of mechanical ventilation and the incidence of multiple organ failure（MOF） were evaluated after treatment of 14 days. Results The combined application of Xuebijing injection and Shenmai injection can significantly reduce the body temperature and heart rate of the patients（ P〈0.05）, reduce APTT time and increase the level of PLT（ P〈0.05）, reduce the duration of mechanical ventilation（ P〈0.05）, and reduce the incidence of MOF（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing combined with Shenmai injection increase the rescue rate of septic, the success rate of this study can provide the basis for the formulation of our hospital of traditional Chinese medicine septic shock treatment and clinical pathway.
