针对柴油发电机组(DG)、废气透平发电机组(TG)和轴带发电机组(SG)组成的现代节能型船舶电站,建立了半实物模拟船舶电站。其控制系统由上位计算机、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和并车单元物理运算处理器(PPU)组成,发电机组由3套40kW的DG、4套5kW的变频电动机驱动发电机组分别模拟DG、TG和SG、及基于Sinamics的能量回馈节能系统组成。运行结果表明:半实物模拟的船舶电站具有系统的动态性能和稳定性,能实现SG、TG与DG之间的最佳负荷分配,减少机组起停频次和能耗,降低成本。
The marine power station (MPS) composed of DG, TG, SG, and an energy-saving and optimization man agement system is presented. The control system is made of host computer, PLC and PPU. The generator set consists of three 40 kW DGs and foure 5 kW frequency conversion motors, simulating the DG, TG and SG respectively and an energy feedback systems based on Sinamics. Operation results show that the MPS based on the hardware-in the-loop simulation has same dynamic performance and stability with real system and can achieve an optimal load distribution among SG, TG and DG to avoid frequent starting and stopping so as to effectively lower down the energy consumption and cost.
