随着旅游信息化的发展,智慧旅游应运而生。通过选取开封市智慧旅游项目作为研究对象,分析本地旅游从业者对其的感知。经数据分析得知:旅游从业者对智慧旅游具体建设项目的满意度处于较低的水平;对"监管服务与自身形象"的评价高于"游客自助服务";不同职业的旅游从业者在"监管服务与自身形象"和"游客自助服务"的建设评价上均存在显著性差异。根据研究结论,从提升大众知晓率、加强人才培养、兼顾相关群体的利益等方面给出相应建议。
With the development of tourist informatization, smart tourism arises. This paper selects smart tourism project of Kaifeng as the research object, and analyses the tourism practitioners' perceptions about smart tourism of Kaifeng. The survey data shows that the tourism practitioners' satisfaction perceptions about smart tourism of Kaifeng is low; satisfaction of "supervision service and self-image"is relatively higher than that of"self-service of tourist"; satisfaction of"supervision service and self-image"and"self-service of tourist"are significantly different among different professions of tourism practitioners. In the end, some suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion, such as improving public awareness, strengthening personnel training and taking interests of stakeholders into account.
