在旅游信息化快速发展的基础上,旅游景区也紧跟热潮,相继进行智慧化建设。清明上河园是开封市的龙头景区,从游客感知的角度,采用问卷调查法收集基础数据,对当前清明上河园智慧景区的构建内容进行了研究,获知游客对清明上河园智慧化建设项目的总体心理期望较高,而现实体验满意度较低,进而分别从重要性和满意度出发对建设内容进行了细化分析;将17项建设内容定位在IPA四象限矩阵中,区分为应该“保持优势”、“重点改善”、“毋须优先”和“表现过度”的建设项,分析清明上河园的智慧景化建设的优劣势,并提出区分主次,按需分配建设力度等的针对性建议,以期有序、高效的建设智慧景区。
With the rapid development of tourism information, scenic spots also follow this trend, building "smart scenic spots". Millennium City Park, the best beauty spot of Kaifeng region, based on tourists' perception, collecting the basic data through questionnaire and analyzing. It is found that the tourists' expectations is high on the Millennium City Park's construction of smart scenic spot, but the satisfaction is low. So, this paper has a segmentation analysis on the construction from importance and satisfaction; in four-quadrant chart of IPA analysis, 17 items are divided into four areas: holding superiority, focusing on improving, no priority and excessive effort. Suggestions are put forward to distinguish between primary and secondary according to its needs so as to build smart scenic spot orderly and efficiently.
