In order to ensure the superior quality and safety of the raw materials of Reduning Injection--Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, a standard operating procedure was established on the base of Good Agriculture Practice （GAP） of Chinese herbal medicine as well as practice investigation and experiments. This standard operating procedure provides the technical requirements for the production suitability, growing, field management, diseases and pests controlling, harvesting and processing, packing and storing, transporting, and quality monitoring ofLonicerae Japonicae Flos. The experiences and problems in the process of the standardized planting were analyzed and discussed.
