逆境胁迫是制约植物正常生长发育的重要因素,探索植物应答逆境胁迫的分子机制也是人们长期探索的重要课题。随着模式植物基因组测序工作的完成,植物学的研究也进入了功能基因组时代。作为功能基因组学的一个重要方面和全新的研究领域,转录组学有助于人们从转录水平上了解植物对环境胁迫的应答机理。介绍了转录组学在植物应对干旱、温度、盐、重金属等一系列非生物胁迫和病菌侵害等生物胁迫中的应用,并对转录组学技术在研究植物抗逆性方面的优势和局限性做出评价。
Adversity stress is one of the important factors restricting plants' growth and development,and exploring the molecular mechanism of plants' response to adversity stress is an important subject for a long time. With the completion of the sequencing of model plant genome,botany research has also entered the functional genomics era. As an important aspect and new field of study on functional genomics,transcriptomics benefits human beings from understanding the response mechanism of plants to environmental stresses at transcriptional level. This study introduced the application of transcriptome in a series of abiotic stress like plants' response to drought,temperature,salt,heavy metal as well as a series of biological stress such as pathogen violations,and then evaluated the advantages and limitations of transcriptome technology in plant resistance.
