目的:探讨不同石灰添加量对苍术产量、质量的影响,为苍术的生长立地土壤改良和自毒缓解提供参考。方法:添加不同梯度的生石灰,然后测量其生长指标、产量和茅术醇、苍术酮、β-桉叶醇、苍术素4种挥发性有效成分的含量,计算单株挥发性有效成分产量。结果:添加160 g/m^2的生石灰对苍术的各项生长和产量产生了显著地促进作用。添加80 g/m^2的生石灰对苍术的挥发性有效成分的生成产生了促进作用,并且苍术酮和苍术素含量比例降低、茅术醇和β-桉叶醇含量比例升高;添加160 g/m^2的生石灰对苍术的挥发性有效成分产量有促进作用。结论:添加石灰能起到中和土壤酸碱度、抑菌和防治根结线虫的作用,对苍术的自毒和连作障碍起到一定程度的缓解,进而对苍术产量和挥发性有效成分的生成起到了显著地促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different amounts of lime on yield and quality of Atractylodes lancea,and to provide reference for the herb growing site soil improvement and self-poisoning ease. Methods: Add different gradients of lime,and then measure their growth targets,yield and four kinds of volatile constituents content( hinesol,atractylone,β-eudesmol and atractylodin).Volatile constituents yield per plant was calculated. Results: Adding 160 g / m^2 lime had a significant role in promoting the growth and yield of herb; Adding 80 g / m^2 lime was conducive to the volatile constituents production,and adding lime decreased the atractylone and atractylodin content,while increased the hinesol and β-eudesmol content; Adding 160 g / m^2 lime promoted the volatile constituents yield per plant. Conclusion: Adding lime plays a role of neutralize soil p H,antibacteria and prevention incognita,and has a certain degree of ease autotoxicity and obstacle,and then promotes the yield and volatile constituents production of Atractylodes lancea.
