采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-gel)制备系列复合氧化物La0.4Sr0.2Mn1-xNixO3(0≤x≤1)做锌空气电池阴极催化剂。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和粒度分布测试埘催化剂粉末样品进行表征,结果表明样品为钙钛矿结构,平均粒径D50为4~7μm。通过阴极电位线性扫描对样品的电化学性能进行了研究,结果发现,在碱性溶液中La0.4Sr0.2Mn1-xNixO3对氧还原有良好的电催化活性,表明它们适合作碱性锌-空气电池阴极催化剂。
The perovskite oxides, La0.4Sr0.2Mn1-xNixO3 (0 ≤x ≤ 1) were prepared by sol-gel route from the constituent metal nitrates and citric acid. The oxide powders were characterized using X-ray diffraction pattern and particle size distribution measurement. Test data showed that the oxide powders exhibited the perovskite structure with a mean particle size (D50) of 4 -7 μm. The morphologies of the oxide powders with various x values were examined by SEM. Intensities of capacitive currents from cyclic voltammetry measurements were used to estimate the porous electrodes roughness factor, Rf. The electrochemical studies of mixed oxide electrode were measured by linear sweep voltammetry. Results indicated that the electrocatalytic properties of La0.4Sr0.2MnO3 for oxygen reduction were improved by doping the B position, and this kind of material was a promising catalytic material for cathode of the alkaline zinc-air battery
