采用配位均匀共沉淀法成功制备出了粒径20~50nm的Ag/ZnO纳米复合材料,用TGDTA、XRD、IR及TEM等技术对前驱物及不同温度下焙烧前驱物所得的产品进行了表征分析。结果表明,当前驱物的焙烧温度为300℃时,粒子呈球形,粒径小,且其粒径随前驱物焙烧温度的升高而增大。对Ag/ZnO晶粒生长动力学的研究发现,在较低温度范围内,晶粒生长速度较快。其晶粒生长动力学指数为1.32。
Nanometer Ag/ZnO powders sized between 20-50 nm were prepared by coordination homogeneous co-precipitation method. TG-DTA, XRD, IR and TEM were used to characterize the microstructure and morphology of the precursor and the products obtained at different temperatures. The results showed that when the calcining temperature was 300℃ ,Ag/ZnO was spherical particles with the particle size about 20nm,the grain grew up and the crystal integrated gradually as the calcining temperature increased. The research on the grain growth dynamics of the Ag/ZnO product showed that the dynamic growth index was 1.32,indicating that the rate of the grain growth was quick when the temperature was low.
