The article first analyzes the knowledge in supply chain,then studies the motivation for knowledge sharing in supply chain.Through study,it＇s found that knowledge sharing in supply chain has its own features and can be reached by resources allocation.The article then studies the mechanism of knowledge sharing in supply chain from the perspective of resources allocation,and combining with the cases,makes a brief analysis of the mechanism of knowledge sharing in supply chain.Finally,it＇s found that knowledge sharing in supply chain can be effectively improved by the method of resources allocation.Thirdly,we studied mechanism of knowledge sharing in supply chain based on the resource allocation view and we analyzed the mechanism with the case.At last,we found that it can make the knowledge sharing effectively by means of resource allocation.
