将组织创新作为中介变量,在此基础上构建了组织学习与企业绩效间关系的整合模型。以我国125家制造业企业为调查对象,运用多元回归分析与结构方程模型(SEM)方法对三者间的关系进行实证检验。结果表明,在制造业企业中组织学习并不直接影响企业绩效,而是通过组织创新的中介效应间接地对企业绩效产生显著的正向影响。
Based on the postulated mediating effect of organizational innovation, this article constructs a model for the relationship between organizational learning and business performance. We have made an empirical examination of 125 Chinese manufacturing enterprises on the relationships among the three variables by using multiple regression analysis and structure equation modeling. The result indicates that organizational learning does not directly work on business performance, but indirectly affects business performance through the mediating effect of organizational innovation. Conclusions of this study further expand related theories about the relationship between organizational learning and business performance, and have important guiding significance for enterprises' practice of innovation management.
