联盟企业通过有效构建关系资本,获取外部知识资源,以提高企业创新能力已成为理论界和实践界的共识。在以往关系资本与创新能力的相关研究基础上,本文引入了知识吸收能力这一中介变量,提出了一个新的概念模型,通过对模型的分析,从关系资本的三个维度(信任、承诺和有效冲突管理)阐述了其对知识吸收能力以及知识吸收能力对创新能力的影响机理,并指出了进一步研究方向。
In knowledge-economy era,it has become a consensus in both theoretical field and practical field that collaboration enterprises improve innovative capabilities by means of effectively constructing relational capital and acquiring knowledge resources from outside.Based on the former research about relational capital and innovation ability,this paper proposes a new conception model by introducing a mediating variable of knowledge absorptive capacity.Through the analysis of this new conception model,this paper explains the influence mechanism of relational capital to knowledge absorptive capacity and that of knowledge absorptive capacity to innovative capability from three dimensions of relational capital—trust,commitment,effective conflict management,and put forward the future research direction.
