基于知识位势的员工知识转移激励机制研究

知识的增长离不开员工之间知识转移,有效的激励机制是组织开展知识转移活动的关键,而知识转移的效果又取决于高位势知识员工转移知识的意愿和低位势知识员工吸收知识的能力。本文从知识位势的角度出发,引入知识吸收系数,探讨高知识位势员工、低知识位势员工和企业三方的利益机制下知识转移的效果,分析了多种激励机制在促进组织内知识转移的有效性。研究表明,对知识拥有者采用精神激励加团队收益激励的策略,最有利于员工知识转移。

英文摘要:

The increase of knowledge is inseparable from knowledge transfer between employees.The effective incentive mechanism is the key for the organization to develop knowledge transfer activities,while the effectiveness of knowledge transfer depends on the knowledge transfer will of the high-potential knowledge employee and the ability of the low-potential knowledge employee to absorb knowledge.From the perspective of knowledge potential,this paper uses the coefficient of knowledge absorption to discuss the effectiveness of knowledge transfer in the interest mechanism of high-potential knowledge employee,low-potential knowledge employee and enterprise,and analyzes the effectiveness of several incentive mechanisms in promoting knowledge transfer within the organization.Research shows that strategies of moral encouragement to knowledge owners and income incentive to teams are most favorable for knowledge transfer between employees.
