随着经济结构战略性调整的不断深化，社会对高职院校人才培养的要求越来越高，校企合作是推进高职院校人才培养与社会要求对接的重要法宝。校企合作推进专业人才培养与企业需求相对应、专业人才培养与企业发展相匹配、专业人才培养与企业转型相对接，然而当前高职院校校企合作与人才培养相融的实践总体存在校企合作人的人才培养认识不足、专业设置与社会实际需要不匹配、教学体系与校企合作需要不适应、师资力量与校企合作要求不对接等问题，基于此提出确立校企合作的人才培养理念、创新专业课程设置与课程开发、构建校企合作适应的教学体系、建立专兼结合双师型师资团队等高职院校校企合作与人才培养相融的发展对策。

英文摘要：

With the continuous deepening of the strategic adjustment of economic structure,the society poses higher demand for Talents Cultivation in higher vocational colleges,College -enterprise Cooperation is the treasure to promote the matching be-tween the talents cultivation and social requirements.College -enterprise cooperation promotes the matching between the tal-ents cultivation with the requirements,development and transformation of the enterprise.However,The practice of the integra-tion of college -enterprise cooperation and talents cultivation completely exists the awareness lack of talents cultivation,non -matching of major setting and social practical needs,non -adaptability of teaching system and the requirements of college -en-terprise cooperation,non -matching of teaching faculty resource and the requirements of college -enterprise cooperation. Based on this ,this paper definitely proposes to establish talents cultivation concepts of college -enterprise cooperation,initiate the major curriculum setting and development,construct the teaching system adapted to college -enterprise cooperation,build＂double -teacher type＂teaching team of full -time and part -time teachers and further puts forward the developing counter-measure to the blending of college -enterprise cooperation and talents cultivation.
