民办高校的生存与发展，需要建立科学的风险防范机制。本文通过分析民办高校风险防范机制构建现状，指出民办高校风险防范机制需要确定的四个原则，并根据构建现状和建构原则，确立了民办高校的风险防范机制的策略。

Survival and Development of Private Universities need to establish a scientific risk prevention mechanism. In this paper, we analyzed the building present situation of risk prevention mechanism of Private Universities, pointed out the four principles , and established the strategies in accordance with the situation and the principles.
