分析了智能变电站的系统结构与IEC 61850的现状,指出状态监测系统需要重点解决一次设备的智能化、IEC 61850标准的完善以及常规状态监测装置的升级改造等问题。为了保证IEC61850在智能变电站状态监测中的推广应用,又能保障现有系统到IEC 61850系统的平稳过渡,提出了现阶段切实可行的状态监测系统的设计方案,以同时接入基于IEC 61850的状态监测智能组件与常规的状态监测装置。通过对SF6断路器状态监测系统的信息模型及抽象通信服务等关键问题的研究,设计了一个状态监测主智能电子设备(IED),包括通信接口、协议转换器、IEC 61850客户机、IEC 61850模型库以及IEC 61850服务器等模块,实现基于IEC 61850的多参量综合状态监测。
Based on the analysis of system structure of smart substation and progress of IEC 61850,the problems existing in current condition monitoring system such as: lack of intelligence in primary equipment,improvement of IEC 61850 and upgrading of conventional condition monitoring equipment are given.In order to promote the practical application of IEC 61850 in condition monitoring system of smart substation and guarantee the smooth transition from existing systems to IEC 61850 systems,a practical and feasible design scheme for condition monitoring system which can access IEC 61850 based intelligent component and conventional condition monitoring equipment as well is proposed.Through studying information model of SF6 circuit breaker condition monitoring system and Abstract communication service etc,a master intelligent electronic device of condition monitoring system which includes communication interface,protocol converter,IEC 61850 client,IEC 61850 model database and IEC 61850 server,etc is designed to implement multi-parameter integrated condition monitoring.
