针对费托合成及石油化工等领域含有一定低碳烃类气体的特点,提出了采用低温油吸收回收尾气中烃类组分的工艺,用ASPEN Plus软件建立了低温油吸收的工艺,并模拟分析了低温油吸收的主要工艺参数,与常温油吸收进行比较。结果表明,低温油(-40℃)吸收工艺的低碳烃回收率较高(〉97%),比常温油吸收工艺的低碳烃回收率(66.49%)高约1/3。
In general, there are some light hydrocarbons in the exit gas stream from Fischer -Tropsch process for synthesis of petroleum starting with coke as well as from many other petrochemical processes. An absorption process using low temperature solvent oil to recover the light hydrocarbons in such exit gas streams was proposed. The low temperature absorption process was developed under the help of software ASPEH Plus with the main parameters simulatively analyzed. As compared with the absorption process under normal temperature, the recovery of light hydrocarbons in the exit gas streams is boosted to more than 97% that is 1/3 higher than that obtained from the normal temperature process.
