摘要介绍了传统热钾碱脱碳工艺及低供热源的变压再生热钾碱脱碳工艺,并用Aspen Plus分别建立了两种工艺的过程模型,并模拟分析了两种工艺的异同点。计算结果表明,低供热源的变压再生热钾碱脱碳工艺由于采用变压再生工艺,可利用过程的低品位热量,提高过程能量利用效率。
The conventional hot potassium carbonate process for CO2removal and the hot potassium carbonate process for CO2 removal with pressure swing regeneration and low heat supply were described. The comparisons of two processes were simulated with Aspen Plus. The results show that the low grade thermal energy can be used in the latter process and the energy efficiency can be increased because of its regeneration at swing pressure.
