On the basic of the qualitative analysis on China' s rural education and peasant' s labor education, this paper sets up Lucas model with human capital measuring in education extent. This model reflects how much China rural households labor education impacts peasant' s net income. With analysis of this model, we get some improvements for China' s rural education.
