采用微波加热,在对甲基苯磺酸(TSA)存在下,合成了聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO).将合成的产物进行了FT-IR和1^H-NMR表征并进行了UV分析.详细考察了反应温度、时间以及对甲基苯磺酸用量对聚合的影响情况,获得了最佳的反应条件.当温度为60℃,反应时间为30min,PDO与对甲基苯磺酸的摩尔比例为500:1时,PPDO的粘均分子量(Mv)达到了46900g·mol^-1,产率为81.9%.与常规加热相比,微波加热提高了聚合反应的速率.
In the presence of p-toluene sulfonic acid (TSA), the ring-opening polymerizations of p-dioxanone were carried out under microwave irradiation. The chemical structure of the purified product was analysized by FT-IR, 1^H NMR and UV spectra. The effects of temperature, reaction time and TSA loading level on the polymerization were investigated in detail. When the reaction time was only 30 min and the molar ratio of monomer to TSA was 500:1, the viscosity-average molecular weight (My) of poly(p-dioxanone) reached 46900 g·mol^-1, and the yield of PPDO achieved 81.9% at 60 ℃. Compared to the conventional heating, the microwave irradiation remarkably enhanced the reaction rate.
