以F1DI为偶联扩链荆合成了具有不同分子结构的PPDO-PLA多嵌段共聚物。扩链产物的特性粘数比预聚物有了明显的提高。对PPDO-PLA多嵌段共聚物拉伸性能测试结果显示:随PLA含量的增加,共聚产物拉伸强度有所提高;所有共聚产物的断裂伸长率与PLA均聚物相比均有较大程度的提高,最高可达97%,但是共聚组成对其影响不大。
A series of multiblock eopolymers based oft poly(p-dioxanone) (PPDO) and polylaetide (PLA) with different eompostions have been synthesized via two steps. A typical produce is showed as follows: dihydroxyl-terminated PPDO and dihydroxyl-terminated PLA homopolyrners are synthesized respectively firstly, then the two prepolymers are combined with HDI. The structure of eopolymers were characterized by 1H-NMR spectra. High inherent-viscosity chain-extending products can be obtained under optimal reaction conditions. The resulting products have good mechanical properties. The tensile strength of the copolymers increases with the increase of PLA contents, however, the compositions of multiblock copolymers have no obvious effect on the elongation at break.
