采用高碘酸钠在温和条件中氧化玉米淀粉,制备不同醛基含量的双醛玉米淀粉,通过红外光谱和核磁表征产物.考察双醛玉米淀粉的分子量、结晶、形貌以及疏水性能的变化.以甘油为增塑剂制备得到热塑性玉米双醛淀粉塑料具有良好的综合性能.
Dialdehyde corn starches (DACS) with different earbonyl contents were prepared by using sodium periodate to oxidize corn starch under mild conditions. The DACS were characterized by FT-IR, ^1H-NMR, XRD and SEM. The earbonyl contents have obvious effects on the average molecular weight, erystallinity, morphology and hydrophobieity of DACS. DACS was used to prepare thermoplastics (TPDACS) when 15 % (weight ratio) glycerol was added as plastieizers. At higher earbonyl content, TPDACS exhibited the improved mechanical properties and hydrophobieity.
